Sunny summer pond scene: happy frog family — round papa frog, slightly smaller mama frog, three tiny froglet children of various ages — all arranged on single very large water lily pad in perfect sunbathing arrangement. Each has found ideal sunbathing position: papa frog flat on back with tiny sunglasses, arms and legs spread wide; mama frog sitting up reading tiny book; three froglets in heap together at one end playing cards. Lily pad under slight strain from weight. Around them: other lily pads with individual frog neighbours (also sunbathing), dragonfly making disapproving circles, goldfish looking up jealously. Summer pond: warm golden light, cattails at edge. Very thick outlines, very large colour areas.
