Funny, whimsical scene of an impossibly tall tower of birthday presents — a comically huge stack of wrapped gifts piled one on top of the other, teetering dangerously. Each gift box differently wrapped: different coloured paper, ribbon styles, bows, stars, polka dots. Sizes vary wildly — a tiny box on top of a large one, then an enormous box, then a small round one. The top gift seems about to slide off. A child beside the tower with arms stretched out trying to balance it, looking both alarmed and amused. The tower is clearly taller than the child. One gift has already slipped and is partially hanging off the side. A dog (or cat) looks on from a safe distance. Humorous, cheerful and exaggerated.
