Sweet spring scene: tiny, delicate spirit made entirely from lily-of-the-valley blossoms — round head crowned with tiny bell-shaped white flowers, body formed from green stem-leaves, translucent wings from broadest leaves — gently ringing bells of enormous lily-of-the-valley plant, one by one. Each bell-ring sending out small visible ripple of sweet fragrance, shown as wavy scent lines. Spirit ringing with both hands, swinging on stem like bell-ringer. Forest floor around: moss, last winter's dry leaf-litter, new shoots pushing through. Morning light, low and golden. Ladybird watching from nearby stem. Very thick outlines, very large colour areas.
