This is how it could look
Hopeful nature scene: in middle of grey volcanic ash field, where volcano has recently deposited layer of ash over everything, single small flower has bloomed. Flower remarkable: petals lava-red and volcanic-orange, growing directly from crack in dark basalt rock under ash. Clearly first flower — nothing else living visible elsewhere in ash field. But flower magnificent — fully open, facing sky, petals glowing warmly. Around flower: several small animals have gathered. Tiny mouse touching one petal very gently. Small bird perched on nearby stone, looking at flower with obvious emotion. Beetle stopped on small pebble, antenna pointing at flower. Overall mood: wonder and joy at this small miracle of nature.
