Adventure puzzle scene: group of young animal children (four or five) working their way through lava labyrinth — natural maze formed by patterns of cooling lava flows, creating walls and passages of black and grey rock. Children shown from above. Working as team: one has hand-drawn map, one marking walls with chalk as they go (trail technique), one standing on slightly higher rock to try to see further. Labyrinth walls interesting: different coloured mineral deposits, small plants in cracks, tiny lizard here and there. At end of one corridor: glimpse of light and blue sky where exit is. Children have almost made it.
